As Construction Project Manager at Walsh Company, Ms. Rebecca Sanchez is responsible for taking a variety of office, industrial, educational and retail projects from conceptual budgets through construction close out and final billing.
Ms. Sanchez has over 12 years of design and construction management experience and holds a BFA in Interior Design. Prior to Walsh Company, she was the Project Manager at Avison Young’s New Jersey office where she was responsible for managing various construction projects. Prior to that, she was the Manager of Store Design at Kings Food Markets|Balducci’s
Holdings, where she redesigned the chain’s thirty-five regional stores over an aggressive three year period. She began her career working for Toys R Us and held various roles within Property Development.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys salsa dancing and is actively involved at her church. She was recently part of a mission trip to a remote Kashmiri village in the Himalayan Mountains, where she and a team of five other church members rebuilt a school roof and spent time at a boarding school for troubled children.
