Morristown, NJ - Honoring a two-decade tradition, Walsh Company recently celebrated its 21st annual St. Patrick’s Day at Homestead Bar. The event brought together our dedicated team and esteemed partners for a well-deserved break and a bit of fun.

465 South Street stands out after a major renovation, and it’s earned the 'Best Renovation' award at the BOMA New Jersey TOBY Awards. As the general contractors, Walsh Company is proud to have been a critical part of this successful project.

Working alongside Colliers and a dedicated team, we transformed 465 South Street into a modern, fully functional space that meets today’s high standards. The result is not just a revamped building, but a workspace that's ready for the future of business in Morristown.

We’re excited to announce the completion of two impressive projects in April - AFC Clark and AFC Linden.

Tomarc End Cap ultimately became AFC Clark, a 3,500 sq ft medical facility in Clark, NJ. Built from scratch in collaboration with USA Architects, it houses exam rooms, an X-ray facility, and a procedure room.

On the other hand, AFC Linden, part of the Legacy Square project in Linden, is a fit-out of a 2,473 sq ft space for AFC. The project totals 6,204 sq ft.

These projects underscore our commitment to quality and efficient construction, tailored to client needs. We thank everyone involved and look forward to more successful projects in the future.

The Walsh Company recently celebrated the 20th anniversary of our annual St. Patrick's Day party, which has become a can't-miss event in the industry. What started as a small gathering at Ed and Lynn's house in 2003 has grown into a tribute to our Irish heritage, our commitment to the town of Morristown, and the fun culture that we've built here at the Walsh Company.

This year's celebration was held on March 2nd at Homestead in Morristown, with over 280 people in attendance - plus a few extra, we suspect! The evening was filled with music and laughter, featuring performances by dueling pianos from Howl2Go, which had the entire crowd singing and dancing along.

We are proud to celebrate this milestone and look forward to continuing this tradition in the years to come. The sense of community and connection that was present throughout the evening was a reminder of why we do what we do.
