Walsh Company performed General Contracting services for the recently completed, 25,000 SF multi-phased expansion and renovation of Newmark Knight Frank’s New Jersey headquarters. This complex project involved three phases of construction while Newmark remained in occupancy and operational. The joint effort and coordination between Newmark and Walsh resulted in the renovation and expansion of Newmark’s, Rutherford, NJ Headquarters. Working along with Rotwein & Blake Architecture, Walsh Company was able to provide Newmark with a modern, efficient office space within their budget parameters.
