Subcontractor Bid and Award Phase

  • Drawing Review
  • Develop overall construction schedule including submittals and procurement. 
  • Create a project Implementation and Logistics Plan
  • Prepare & Submit permitting and approval documents
  • Establish a list of qualified sub-contractors
  • Prepare bid packages
  • Verify local work practices (Union or Non-Union)
  • Level sub-contractor bids, make recommendations for award
  • Negotiate final pricing and contract terms

Construction Phase

  • Establish submittal & RFI process
  • Coordinate all onsite activities 
  • Site Logistics Plan
  • Maintain and manage Construction Schedule
  • Chair Subcontractor and owners meeting
  • Establish onsite safety plan and implement plan
  • Coordination of Change Orders
  • Review Workmanship and quality of materials
  • Coordinate all township inspections 

POST-Construction Phase

  • Obtain all final occupancy approvals
  • Support Furniture / Fixtures / Equipment Installation Activities
  • Move-In support
  • Prepare all close out documents, warranties, start up and training
  • Provide as-built drawing
