Dan Healy, serving as Vice President for Walsh Company, brings over 25 years of expertise in real estate development and construction. Although he has considerable experience in the NJ/NY market, his recent work extends nationally to include projects in Illinois, Utah, Texas, and Florida.
Specializing in commercial construction and armed with planning board experience, Dan is passionate about the strategic planning and predevelopment phases of development projects. His track record includes over 10 million square feet of industrial development and more than $2.8 billion in commercial mixed-use developments.
Previously, Dan held leadership roles with the Rockefeller Group Development Corporation in New Jersey and the Project and Development team at Cushman and Wakefield in Texas. His past responsibilities have encompassed a broad range, from feasibility studies and lender relations to property management, leasing, marketing, P&L management, corporate reporting, deal sourcing, and staff oversight.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Caldwell University.
